This workshop is intended to provide participants with the necessary knowledge to attain funding from foundations in the United States,  both in the public and the private sector. The training will provide guidelines on development of a clear fundraising strategy, insight into the American market and existing opportunities for Irish non-profit organisations. Participants will be encouraged to exchange their own experience and ideas.   


Eelco Keij
Eelco Keij is the founder of KeyLance Consultancy LLC. He has over 10 years of experience working in the international development sector, as a consultant, fundraiser strategist, trainer and advocacy specialist. He has obtained his Masters of Laws both from Radboud University (Nijmegen, the Netherlands) and Columbia Law School (New York). In 2002 he received a Master of Arts from the College of Europe (Warsaw, Poland). Eelco Keij is both a US and Dutch citizen.
